Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk Harmony Public Schools, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services on a project in Georgetown, Texas involving a ground up construction of a 80,285 square foot middle/high school facility including parking lot, playfield, and landscaping. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents (#HPS2627-HSAGeorgetownPhase2-CMAR) and meeting any and all codes required. The School intends to evaluate the pool of eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sec- tions 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.
