TO: ARTURO NEGRETE

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Administrative Complaint has been filed against you seeking to revoke your CORRECTIONAL and LAW ENFORCEMENT Certificate in accordance with Section 943.1395, F.S., and any rules promulgated thereunder.
You are required to serve a written copy of your intent to request a hearing pursuant to Section 120.57, F.S. upon Chad Brown, Director, Criminal Justice Professionalism, Standards & Training Services, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, P. O. Box 1489, Tallahassee, Florida 32302-1489, on or before March 22, 2026. Failure to do so will result in a default being entered against you to Revoke said certification pursuant to Section 120.60, F.S., and Rule 11B-27, F.A.C.
