NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT: Rule 2.9 and Rule 7.27 The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida, gives notice of its intent to create or amend the following Rules: Rule 2.9 (Naming of College Facilities and Programs). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To create new Rule providing parameters for naming opportunities. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1011.64(5); 1011.32(12); Rule 7.27 (Financial Aid).
