NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 12th day of January 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-000073, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for BAKER County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND HAROLD PONSELL; CASEE M. BAKER A/K/A CASEE M. BARBER; SUSAN E. PONSELL; JEREMY L. COCHRAN; MELVIN V. RODRIGUEZ: CYPRESS POINTE OF MACCLENNY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CONNEXUS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Stacie D. Harvey, the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at Baker County Courthouse, 339 East MacClenny Avenue, MacClenny, FL 32063 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of February 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, CYPRESS POINTE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 90 THROUGH 92 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BAKER COUNTY, FLORIDA
