NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED PROBATE FUNDS DEPOSITED IN COURT REGISTRY
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY FLORIDA,

24-CP-003200
IN RE: The Estate of Donna L White
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 733.816, Florida Statutes, unclaimed probate funds of $6,306.00 are being held for Michael Clayton Wells in the registry of the court, deposited per order dated 01/28/2026, IN RE: The Estate of Donna L White, deceased; case number 24-CP-003200.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court will deposit these funds with the Department of Financial Services no less than six months after the posting or the first publication of this notice, after deducting fees and costs of publication. Any person or entity entitled to such funds may obtain them by compliance with applicable provisions of F.S. 733.816, Fla. Stat., within 10 years from the date of deposit with the Department of Financial Services, after which time funds will escheat to the State.
