RAUL GARZON, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on March 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to wit: Lots 53 and 54, Block 133, CAPE CORAL UNIT FOUR, PART TWO, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page(s) 13 to 22, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
