NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION CASE NO.: 26-CP-184 IN RE: THE ESTATE OF MERLINE B. KOVACIK, Deceased. The administration of the estate of MERLINE B. KOVACIK, deceased, whose date of death was October 23, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 9346, Fort Myers, FL 33902-9346. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below.
