TRAILER ESTATES PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REFERENDUM FOR AMENDMENT TO DISTRICT DEED RESTRICTIONS TO ADD A DEFINITION FOR UNSIGHTLY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a referendum election for Trailer Estates Park and Recreation District (District) to amend its deed restrictions will be held on the 10th day of March, 2026. Polls will be open from 12 Noon to 8:00 PM. The Districts Referendum Election is held for the purpose of determining the following question:
Amendment to Trailer Estates Park and Recreation District Deed
Restrictions to add a Definition for Unsightly.
Shall District deed restrictions be amended to add the Districts definition of Unsightly as the minimum care standard to maintain properties within the District.
YES-Approve ______
NO- Reject ______
All Trailer Estates Park and Recreation District registered voters should ensure that their correct address is on file in the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections Office. In accordance with Florida Statutes 101.6103 vote by mail ballots cannot be forwarded by the US Postal Service.
