UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CASSANDRA MALONE MOULTRIE, et al.,, Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on March 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit: Lot 223, of ANGELINE PHASES 1A, 1B, 1C, AND 1D, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 72, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
