BECKWITH A/K/A ELAINE R. STENGEL, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on March 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online website www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit: LOT 13, BLOCK B, HARBOR HEIGHTS MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
