RADKA, a/k/a RICK RADKA, a/k/a RICHARD W. KWAST Deceased. The administration of the estate of RICHARD W. MELILLO, a/k/a RICHARD W. RADKA, a/k/a RICK RADKA, a/k/a RICHARD W. KWAST, deceased, whose date of death was October 15, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756.
