RE-NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.: 24-004705-CI VALLEY STRONG CREDIT UNION, Plaintiff, vs. JEFFREY LOPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY LOPER; COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 and #2, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, et.al., Defendant(s). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2025 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 28, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-004705-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VALLEY STRONG CREDIT UNION, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY LOPER; COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of March, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit: UNIT 2423, COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
