Unclaimed Abandoned or Lost Property, Unclaimed Evidence
Pursuant to State Statute 705, any unclaimed abandoned or lost property, or unclaimed evidence stored by the Pinellas County Sheriff s Office, may be destroyed, retained for agency use, donated to a charitable organization, surrendered to the finder, sold at public auction, or traded to another government unit.
