FIRST INSERTION NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SADDLE CREEK PRESERVE OF POLK COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Saddle Creek Preserve of Polk County Community Development District (District) will hold a special meeting for the purpose of Board discussions related to details of the Districts security system plan on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at 120 W. Park Street, Auburndale, Florida 33823. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager c/o Vesta District Services, 250 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, Florida 32746 or (321) 263-0132 (District Managers Office). As previously advertised, the regular meeting of the Board on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, will also be held at 120 W. Park Street, Auburndale, Florida 33823 at 6:00 p.m. In accordance with sections 119.071(3)(a) and 286.0113(1), Florida Statutes, portions of the special meeting may be closed to the public, as it relates to details of the Districts security system plan. The closed session is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer. The special meeting, including the closed executive session described above, will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and, other than the closed session described above, will be open to the public. The special meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. At the special meeting, staff or Board members may participate by speaker telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Office at least three (3) business days prior to the special meeting.
