SARASOTA SANDS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
Plaintiff, v.
BARBARA REPP,
Defendant.
TO: BARBARA REPP and if any of the above named natural persons be married, their unknown spouses, and if any of the above named natural persons be dead, their unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, successors or other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, and any and all other persons claiming any right, title, interest, lien, estate or demand in or to be the following described real property and to reform a certain deed, situate, lying and being in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
An undivided 1/50th interest in and to Condominium Unit A115, Week 48 and its undivided respective share in those common elements pertaining thereto in accordancape with and subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restrictions and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SARASOTA SANDS, a resort condominium hotel, as recorded in Official Records Book 1364 at Page 1165 et seq. of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and as per Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Book 14 at Pages 4 through 4B, inclusive, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a foreclosure action on the above described property has been filed against you in the above entitled Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint on the Plaintiffs Attorney, DAVID K. OAKS, ESQ., of DAVID K. OAKS, P.A., P. O. Box 671, Saluda, NC 28773, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, Sarasota County Courthouse, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237 on or before the 9 day of March, 2026, otherwise a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
