The administration of the estate of Nikolai Todoror Dichev deceased, whose date of death was March 7, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, the address of which is Clerk of Court, 2002 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237.
