NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE (Please publish in Crestview News Bulletin) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 001566 F, of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, wherein New Day Financial, LLC is the Plaintiff and TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LISA G. KELLER A/K/A LISA G. MORRIS A/K/A LISA GALE MORRIS; ROBERT W. KELLER A/K/A ROBERT WAYNE KELLER; INDIAN LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT DESTIN, INC. ; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Brad E. Embry as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.bid4assets.com/OkaloosaFL/Calendar at 11:00 A.
