NOTICE OF SALE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Lake County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Lake County, Florida described as:
Lots 28 and 29, LAKE EUSTIS VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 20, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida. Commonly known as: 12024 Lakeview Drive, Leesburg, FL 34788
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Lake County Courthouse, 550 W. Main Street, Tavares, Florida 32778. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
