Notice is hereby given that the publication made on December 5, 2025 in JKL Florida Times-Union and JKL jacksonville.com with reference to the following parties is inaccurate, and that Rust Tech Services LLC, 12276 San Jose Boulevard, Suite 747, Jacksonville, FL 32223, will not (i) engage in business under the fictitious name of Florida ULS Operating LLC in the County of Duval, Florida and (ii) file an application for registration of such fictitious name with the Florida Department of State. 2/7/2026
