NOTICE FOR PROPOSAL The Alachua County Housing Authority (ACHA) is currently soliciting proposals for one or more companies to provide General Labor Services & Unit Turns on an as needed basis for units owned/managed by the Authority located throughout Alachua County, Fl. ACHA intends to assign one or more contracts under this solicitation. The Scope of Work includes general maintenance and unit turn around services. The full procurement can be downloaded from the ACHA website located at www.acha-fl.com/procurement , picked up at the ACHA offices or requested through email to ron@acha-fl.com . January 28, 2026
