University of Florida, UF 689 Hamilton Center for Classical and Civic Education Stellar Group, Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida is soliciting subcontractor proposals for the construction of the Hamilton Center for Classical and Civic Educationat the University of Florida located at 1 Fletcher Dr. Gainesville, Florida 32601. All prospective bidders including WBE, SBE, and MBE participants are encouraged to participate. Stellar is inviting qualified companies able to perform the following scopes of work to be potential subcontractors on this project: Demolition Site Work Site Utilities Interested companies wishing to submit a bid should contact the Stellar Group Inc. via email sent to jstokes@stellar.net, marked Attention: University of Florida, UF-689 Hamilton Center, no later than February 6th, 2026 to receive further information about scheduled mandatory pre-bid walk-throughs and bid documents.
