FINLEY WOODS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Finley Woods Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on February 12, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Tommy Williams Homes located at 2563 SW 87th Drive, Suite 10, Gainesville, FL 32608. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. A copy of the agendas may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817, (407) 723-5900 (District Managers Office), during normal business hours or from the districts website online: http://finleywoodscdd.com/.
