NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 24, 2025, in Case No. 2025-CA-000133 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Highlands County, Florida, wherein Sun 'n Lake of Sebring Improvement District, is Plaintiff, and HUEI-CHING CHENG LIN is Defendant, the Office of Jerome Kaszubowski, Highlands County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Jury Assembly Room (Basement Level) at the Highlands County Courthouse, located at 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida at 11:00 AM on February 18, 2026 after compliance with requirements of Florida Statute 45.031., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: LOT 39, BLOCK 192, OF SUN N LAKE ESTATES OF SEBRING, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA. Also known as 7621 MAGGIORE ST, SEBRING, FLORIDA 33872 (the Property). together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
