Public hearing for ordinance enacting property conveyance to Humberto Ambriz, Jr.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 2026-01 The Town of Lake Placid gives notice that it will consider enacting an ordinance at its meeting on the 9th day of February 2026 and the 9th day of March 2026 both commencing at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, 1069 US 27 North, Lake Placid, Florida entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE LAKE PLACID TOWN COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF AN INTEREST IN TOWN PROPERTY TO HUMBERTO AMBRIZ, JR.; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained at the Town Hall, 1069 US 27 North, Lake Placid, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. If an individual decides to appeal any decision made by the Lake Placid Town Council regarding a matter considered at the meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings. He may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
