NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of January, 2026, and entered in Case No. 052025CA041364XXCABC, of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and TRACY LYNN MOORE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND CIVIC VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION OF BAREFOOT BAY, INC. F/K/A BAREFOOT BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Rachel M. Sadoff as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Brevard Room at the Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: Lot 3, Block 4, BAREFOOT BAY MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 100 through 104, inclusive, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida. FLBA2BG203309508, of which titles have been retired as evidenced in Official Record Book 9127, Page 1615, Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.
