INVITATION TO BID
COOK BROTHERS, INC. FL. GENERAL CONTRACTORS'S LICENSE NO. CGC-046567 is bidding the following project and is seeking bids from all qualified bidders.
PREQUALIFICATION: If you have not previously been under contract with Cook Brothers, Inc. you are required to prequalify for this project. Submit prequalification forms with your bid/proposal. Forms are on our website: www.cookbrothersinc.com.
PROJECT: Suwannee County Livestock Building; Suwannee County Fairgrounds; 1302 11th St., Live Oak, FL
DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new show arena and livestock barn with a total area of 35,000 sq. ft., site improvements to include a stormwater pond.
PREBID MEETING DATE: Friday Feb 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM, Eastern Time. Meeting on site in the livestock area.
BIDS/PROPOSALS DUE to Cook Brothers, Inc.: Friday Feb. 20, 2026, 10:00 A.M. Email to bids@cookbrothersinc.com; you may also Deliver or Mail Bids to 1255 Commerce Blvd., Midway, FL 32343 or FAX Bids to 850-514-1007. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that bids are received timely.
