Case No. 2023-CA-007012-0000XX NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on February 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit: Lot 18, Block 38, of CITY OF CROOKED LAKE, Florida, as per Plat Book 4, Page 53, public records of Polk County, Florida, also being described as Lot 18, Block 38-B, STEPHENSONS ADDITION TO BABSON PARK, as per Plat Book 19, Page 28, public records of Polk County, Florida; said Lot lying in and comprising a part of the SW of the NW of Section 33, Township 30 South, Range 28 East, Polk County, Florida. Also known as: 24 Lakeshore Boulevard, Babson Park, Florida 33827. pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
