LUNZ a/k/a MATTHEW LUNZ, Deceased File Number: 53-2026CP-000081-A000BA NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of MATTHEW JOHN LUNZ a/k/a MATTHEW J. LUNZ a/k/a MATTHEW LUNZ, Deceased, whose date of death was October 25, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Polk County Courthouse, Post Office Box 9000, Drawer CC-4419, Bartow, Florida 33830-9000. The names and addresses of the Co-Personal Representative and the Co-Personal Representatives' attorney are set forth below.
