NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TAX DEED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the holder(s) of Certificate number 2958-23 of the sale of 2023 has (have) filed said Certificate for a TaxDeed to be issued thereon. The name(s) of the holder(s) of said Certificate, the description of the property, the name(s) in which it is assessed are as follows: NAME(S) OF CERTIFICATE HOLDER(S): STEVEN C CULLEN LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY: LOTS 8 THRU 15, BLOCK 15, WASHINGTON MANOR, A SUBDIVISION OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA NAMES IN WHICH ASSESSED: WALTER VILAR, DOLORES VILAR All of said property being in the County of Levy, State of Florida.
