NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY IN A COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AREA Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 163.380(3)(a), Florida Statutes, that the City of Homestead Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") is the owner of and intends to dispose of an interest through a long term lease or potential sale in 3 contiguous parcels located at 204, 220 and 230 N Krome Avenue, Homestead, Florida, 33030 respectively (collectively, the "Properties").
