NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING DATE: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 TIME: 5:30 PM ADDRESS: Bonita Springs Fire Department Station 24, 27701 Bonita Grande Dr, Bonita Springs, FL 34135 In accordance with the requirements of the Bonita Springs Land Development Code, the Applicant, Oakes Farms, Inc., will be presenting information to the public on the following request: An amendment to the existing Racetrack Commercial Planned Development to modify the list of uses and master concept plan to allow for indoor and outdoor commercial recreational facilities, as well as ancillary restaurant and bar/lounge uses. The property is located at 10601 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs, Florida (STRAP Numbers 02-48-25-B2-00009.0000).
