NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF DESTIN, FLORIDA The City of Destin will receive sealed competitive proposals for the Replacement of the Community Centers roof. The project is located in the City of Destin at 101 Stahlman Ave. As outlined in the project design plans, this project shall include, but may not be limited to: Removal of existing seam metal panels at all elevations Installation of new corrugated structural steel deck Installation of new DensDeck coverboard Installation on new high-temperature self-adhered underlayment Installation of new .040 standing seam metal panels at lower roofs Installation of IB Roof Systems Flexible Petal Profile 60-mil single ply room membrane at dormers To bid on a project you must be placed on the Plan Holders List. To do so, obtain the Bid documents (containing the full specifications and requirements) by emailing the City Clerks Office at cityclerk@cityofdestin.com. Please include Request for Bid Documents RFB No. 26-01-PW in the subject line of the email. Vendors may also obtain the RFB by contacting the City of Destin, City Clerks Office at (850) 837-4242, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Proposal submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked RFB NO. 26-01-PW - COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the submitter, no later than 2:00 p.m. (CT), on March 12, 2026 at which time they will be opened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or portions thereof, to waive minor defects and informalities in the process, to accept the Bid(s) or take any other actions deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
