NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTHJUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MARION COUNTY, FLORID IN RE: FORFEITURE OF: Case Number: 2025-CA-2730 $15,930.00 (Fifteen Thousand, Nine Hundred and Thirty Dollars) in U.S. Currency Judge: Herndon ALL PERSONS who claim an interest in the following property: $15,930.00 (Fifteen Thousand, Nine Hundred and Thirty Dollars) in U.S. which was seized because said property is alleged to be contraband as defined by Sections 932.701 (2)(a)(1-6), Florida Statutes, by the City of Ocala, Division of Ocala Police Department, on or about November 15, 2025, in Marion County, Florida. Any owner, entity, bona fide lienholder, or person in possession of the property when seized has the right to request an adversarial preliminary hearing for a probable cause determination within twenty (20) days from the date of receipt of notice, by providing such request to Kristi Van Vleet, Assistant City Attorney's Office, 110 S.E. Watula Ave, Ocala, FL 34471, by certified mail return receipt requested. A complaint for forfeiture has been filed in the above styled court.
