NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will sell, to enforce a lien imposed on said property, under the Florida Self Storage Facility Act (Section 83.801-83.809) at public sale by competitive bidding on www.storagetreasures.com ending on February 13th, 2026 at 11:00AM for units located at: Compass Self Storage 9085 SW State Road 200 Ocala, Fl 34481 (Marion County) 352-629-7160 The personal goods stored therein by the following may include but are not limited to the items listed below. Purchases must be made with cash only and paid at the time of sale. All goods are sold as is and must be removed within 72 hours. There will be a $100.00 cash deposit, to be returned after unit has been completely emptied by buyer. Cash deposit forfeit if trash or any auction unit contents left on property! Trash/Dumpster is not provided. Buyer must remove all unit contents from property. Compass Self Storage reserves the right to refuse any bid. Sale is subject to adjournment.
