CFX seeks engineering consultants for the 2055 Master Plan update.

NOTICE TO PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST 2055 MASTER PLAN PROJECT NO. 599-248, LETTER OF INTEREST NO. 260102Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) requires the services of a Professional Engineering Consultant to perform an update to the current Master Plan (2045) for the horizon year of 2055. The proposed 2055 CFX Master Plan Study team will perform a systematic analysis of CFXs current position in providing high quality transportation infrastructure for central Florida residents and visitors. It will evaluate and define the necessary long-term funding commitments CFX must make to maintain its system assets. Additionally, opportunities for expanding CFXs role in the central Florida transportation community through investments in new projects and new markets will be evaluated. The study effort will culminate in the adoption of a new, year 2055 Master Plan that will clearly reflect CFXs vision and mission, guiding its actions well into the 21st century.
