NOTICE OF MEETING PRESTON COVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTA regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Preston Cove Community Development District will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 10:30 AM, at the Offices of Hanson, Walter & Associates, 8 Broadway, Suite 104, Kissimmee, FL 34741. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the Districts website: https://prestoncovecdd.com/ or from the District Manager at 219 East Livingston Street, Orlando, FL 32801; (407) 841-5524. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors, Staff or other individuals will participate by telephone.
