PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION / LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA February 19, 2026 DEAR PROPERTY OWNER OR INTERESTED PARTY: At 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matters may be considered, the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) / Local Planning Agency (LPA) shall hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning requests listed below and public hearing for an ordinance as described below. Also, at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matters may be considered, the Orange County PZC / Local Planning Agency (LPA) shall hold public hearings to consider the adoption of Small-Scale Development Amendments to the Orange County Comprehensive Plan (CP), as authorized by Chapter 163, Florida Statutes and pursuant to Sections 163.3187(2) and 125.66, Florida Statutes. PZC / LPA public hearings are held in the Board of County Commissioners Chambers located on the 1st Floor of the Orange County Administration Building, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida. The staff report book and meeting agenda will also be available for public viewing on the Orange County website (www.orangecountyfl.net) one week prior to the public hearing. Please be advised that this notice is published in accordance with the Orange County Code, Section 30-1(d)(6) and Section 30-40 as well as the provisions of the Orange County Comprehensive Plan and applicable state law. Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, states that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by a board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
