KELVIN SOTO, ESQ, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN ROOM 204 OF THE OSCEOLA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, at 3 COURTHOUSE SQUARE, KISSIMMEE in OSCEOLA County, FLORIDA 34741, at 11:00 A.M., on FEBRUARY 18, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: LOT 18 INDIANA RIDGE VILLAS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 141 AND 142 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
