The Site location is 2932 S State Road 19, Salt Springs, Putnam County, FL 32134, Lat: 29 24 57.39 N, Long: 81 44 19.78 W. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Antenna Structure Registration (ASR, Form 854) filing number is A1358299.
