NOTICE OF HEARING The City of Belle Glade City Commission will meet on February 17, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Commission Chambers at Belle Glade City Hall, 110 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., West, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County, Florida to consider the following resolution: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BELLE GLADE VACATING THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED AT 601 SE 8TH STREET, IDENTIFIED BY PARCEL NUMBER 04-37-43-41-09-005-0076, AND AS PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF WSP HOLDINGS, INC.; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION, RECORDING, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE Should any interested party seek to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
