NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR SEMI-PUBLIC USE PROJECT #2025120086 A request has been made by Hammock Communities Inc on behalf of owner New Way Christian Fellowship Inc for a Semi-Public Use approval for a Church located South of East Moody Blvd, identified as Parcel No. 12-12-30-0650-000C0-0011. The subject property lies in the C-2 (General Commercial) District. Semi-Public Uses may be permitted in any zoning district provided application is made to the Planning and Development Board for its review and recommendation to the County Commission for final decision. Public hearings on the above-captioned matter will be held as follows: PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT BOARD –March 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Flagler County Government Services Building, Board Chambers, 1769 E. Moody Boulevard, Bldg. 2, Bunnell, Florida 32110 for recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS – April 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Flagler County Government Services Building, Board Chambers, 1769 E. Moody Boulevard, Bldg. 2, Bunnell, Florida 32110 for final decision. All interested persons are urged to attend the public hearing and be heard.
