State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Notice of Application The Department announces receipt of an application for permit from the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners to laterally expand the footprint of their Class I Landfill. This proposed project will be located at 13009 Beulah Road, Cantonment, Escambia County, FL. This application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Mail Station 4565, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, phone 850-245-8707.
