BRITTANY ORTEGA A/K/A BRITTANY DENISE ORTEGA, et al., Defendants. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Jason D. English, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Santa Rosa County, Florida, will on March 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CT, via the online auction site at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Santa Rosa County, Florida, to wit: Lot 13, Block 1, BAY RIDGE PARK, a subdivision of a portion of Section 30, Township 2 South, Range 28 West, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 81, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
