YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a lien upon the following described property in Broward County, Florida which has been filed against Defendant, EDUARDO RODRIGUEZ:
Unit 420, Building 4, of South Palm Place Condominium Homes, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 41832, Page 33, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
