NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CA008036XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein PIPERS CAY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ROBERTO OLIVO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com Palm Beach County, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
