NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Planning Board, City of Orlando, on TUESDAY, February 17, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter, in City Council Chambers, 400 S. The following items will be considered: 1) Principal Use EV Parking Approximately 0.4 acres located at 7885 N. Frontage Rd. A Conditional Use Permit for 12-space electric vehicle (EV) recharge parking lot (Case #CUP2025-10026). 2) RoseArts Phase 2 Approximately 54 acres located at 4224 Clubhouse Rd. A) Master Plan for 2,500 dwelling units in five multifamily buildings with attached parking garages and 79,600 100,000 sq. ft. of non-residential uses (Case #MPL2025-10065). Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public inspection Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Economic Development Dept., City Planning Division, 6th Floor, Orlando City Hall, 400 S.
