NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary FinalJudgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2025, and entered in Case No. CACE-25-007240 of the Circuit Court of the 17TH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, formerly known as Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitizations Corporation Trust 2007-HE1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE1, is Plaintiff and Neville Hinds; Yvonne Samuels-Hines a/k/a Yvonne Samuels Hines a/k/a Yvonne S. Hinds; Best Price Contractors Corp., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Broward County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/5 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST; LESS THE EAST 200 FEET THEREOF, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF. ALSO KNOWN AS PART OF LOT 50 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF CARROLL SUBDIVISION. SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 821 SW 7 Avenue #1-2, Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
