SAINT JOHNS COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE SAINT JOHNS COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF SHERIFFS SALE Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a writ of execution heretofore issued out of the County Court, St. Johns County, Florida, Case No CC08-2889 on 14 November 2025, in the matter of VYSTAR CREDIT UNION vs TRAVIS S ROSARIO, I, Robert A. Hardwick, as Sheriff of Saint Johns County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant(s) TRAVIS S ROSARIO to-wit: Personal property as follows: 2020 Kia Sorento VIN/5XYPGDA33LG666200 And on 24 February 2026 at 2720 Long Rd, St Augustine, FL 32084 at 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, I will offer the above for sale at public outcry and sell the same, subject to all prior liens, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND, (exact change) plus Florida State Sales Tax, if applicable, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and satisfaction of the above-described execution.
