LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Sewalls Point, Florida, at the Town Clerks office, Town Hall, 1 S. Sewalls Point Road, Sewalls Point, Florida, 34996 until: 2:00 P.M. February 23, 2026 Time Date at which time they will be opened and recorded. Such bids to provide for the furnishing of: INVITATION TO BID INSTALLATION OF COMMERCIAL-GRADE ARTIFICIAL TURF MEDIAN ON MANDALAY ROAD IN FRONT OF 8 MANDALAY ROAD The Town is proposing installation of commercial-grade artificial turf in the median to include: approximately 3,200 square feet of commercial-grade artificial turf, removal of existing vegetation, leveling existing ground, installation of compaction of sand, capping of irrigation lines, installation of turf and edging materials, and including all labor and materials. The envelope containing the bid shall be marked as follows: SEALED BID NO. 2026-TURFMANDALAY BIDDERS NAME AND ADDRESS TO BE OPENED 2:00 P.M. February 23, 2026 Time Date No bidder may withdraw his or her bid for a period of ninety (90) days after submission by the date set for the opening thereof. The Town of Sewalls Point is required to seek at least three proposals for this work. This may include existing proposal(s) as well as proposals submitted under this solicitation. The Town may choose one of these contractors, withdraw the solicitation, or cancel the project, depending on the funding. The Town, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive all minor technicalities or irregularities, to reject any or all bids or any part of a bid, to award to a single bidder or to divide the award between bidders, and to re-solicit this bid or any part of this bid. The Town further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award a contract to the bidder (or bidders) whose bid best serves the interests of the Town.
