IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION CHAD FORSTER, Plaintiff vs. THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, GRANTEES, DEVISEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND CREDITORS OF LEON J. PATE AND MARY JO PATE Defendants. CASE NO.: 2025 CA 002030 DIVISION: N-CIVIL NOTICE OF ACTION TO DEFENDANTS: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, GRANTEES, DEVISEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND CREDITORS OF LEON J. PATE AND MARY JO PATE YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory relief has been filed against the following property in Escambia County, Florida: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 30 West; thence North along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter for a distance of 98.30 feet to the North right of way line of Nine Mile Road; thence continue North for a distance of 465.00 feet; thence run East along the North right of way line of Allison Lane, a distance of 384.85 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along - said right of way South 87 degrees 35 minutes 19 seconds East, a distance of 116.67 feet to a point; thence leaving said right of way, North 2 degrees 25 minutes 48 seconds East, a distance of 98.20 feet to a point; thence run North 87 degrees 40 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 114.66 feet to a point; thence run South 3 degrees 36 minutes 23 seconds West, a distance of 98.04 feet to the Point of Beginning. All lying and being in Escambia County, Florida Parcel ID# 08-1S-30-1003-015-001 and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Braden K. Ball, Jr., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Litvak Beasley Wilson & Ball, LLP, 40 Palafox Place, Suite 300, Pensacola, Florida 32502, on or before February 24, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
